Questions before you commit?
Is it really a custom website?
It is. No template, no page builder: structure, art direction, assets and motion are designed for your product. What is standardised is our process, not your website.
What do I need to send?
The filled-in brief, your logo (if you already have one) and any material you want to use — text, photos, reference links. If you have none of that, we produce it.
Do we need a call?
No. The brief replaces the meeting — it is exactly what makes delivery in 1 week possible. If a question comes up along the way, we settle it in writing.
What does the price include?
It depends on the project. The list in the pricing section is what can go into it; after the brief you get a fixed proposal with the exact scope and price, before anything starts. No cost split per stage.
Can you build something more complex?
We can — platforms, apps and systems with login, dashboards and integrations. The 1-week delivery is your MVP, the first working version; the rest is scoped and priced from your brief, in stages, before we start.
How can it cost less than an agency?
Because we cut what makes an agency expensive: no calls, a brief instead of meetings, and a process we repeat on every project. You pay for what your project needs — the proposal shows exactly what.
When does the 1-week clock start?
When the brief is complete and the payment has landed. If something of yours is missing along the way, the clock pauses until it arrives — that way the deadline is a promise, not an estimate.
What language can the website be in?
Portuguese, English or both. A bilingual site is part of the same package — just tick it in the brief.
